Run Info Join us this Sunday, August 30th, for a run with the TMRC community. Whether you want to run, jog, or walk, this is your space to move, meet people, and start your Sunday right. We’ll begin at Parque Lineal La Frontera, finish at Parque Poblado, and head together to La Rock Medellín for our post-run brunch and social hangout.

📍Google Maps 🏁 Finish Point: at Parque Poblado, we all get together and start walking to the post run cafe. ☕️🥐 Post-Run Brunch: La Rock Medellín — good food, coffee, and Sunday vibes.

Details: Time: Meet at 8 AM, start at 8:30 AM Free to Join: No cost, just register using the link below. Choose Your Pace: 3km or 5km – run, jog, or walk, it’s all good! Beginners Welcome: Never done this before? Now’s your chance! Bring Your Pup: 🐶 Dogs are welcome to join the fun! Languages: The official language is English, but most of us also speak Spanish.
